I create program, guides and other publications for Winter Music Conference. Our partners and sponsors want to reach every person in the conference by adding advertising to the book. The schedule of the conference is always printed in “The Guide” which is distributed to all delegates in the WMC Sample Sack. The Guide is a valuable resource that includes WMC events, exhibiting, program schedule, venues and restaurants. Moreover, “The List” is the consumer guide to the world's most concentrated week of dance music industry events and parties. It is also supplied to conference attendees, industry and party goers alike.
This project comes to life with a series of brainstorming sessions. Every year, I try my best to get an overall theme for the conference. I normally get inspired by Miami Beach, the music industry and trendy elements that DJ’s carry through the year. Then, I use the theme as a spring board for my desings. Lastly, I come up with some ads that will be place into our different publications.
Finally, after being proof read by our directors, it is sent to print. We print thousands of books that are distributed during the conference. It is a great way to keep our attendees inform and to build a great relationship with our partners and sponsors.
