The ABA Academy of Excellence, through ABA Centers of America, was developed to revolutionize training, performance management, and professional development in the field of Behavior Analysis. Initially, the content existed as a series of unbranded Word documents, lacking cohesion and visual appeal. My task was to elevate this material by not only enhancing its layout and readability but also by creating a cohesive visual identity that aligns with the ABA Academy of Excelence's brand standards

The final binder is not only visually compelling but also highly functional and ready for immediate use. Tables, graphics, and forms were carefully designed and optimized for clarity and ease of understanding, making the document a valuable and effective guide for RBTs and BCBAs. This editorial piece serves as both an essential resource and a professional development tool that supports behavior analysts in achieving their goals.
